. Instead of walk or exercise, we prefer to sit in the nice sofa in front of the television and play our favorite game in the computer. In addition we also use to indulge with eating fatty food like ice cream and pizza. Junk food is very bad for our health, and that become default when choosing food for our kids.
Now let examine the danger the obesity in the childhood. Obesity is not only giving heath treats for the adult, but children to have to face serious health treat that they have to face. In reality the impact given by the obesity is worse to the children. Too little exercise and consuming too much fatty food are closely related to type II diabetes, different type of heart diseases blood pressure, joint problems that related to weight bearing, confidence issue and self esteem, height cholesterol, mental problems like depression, and pulmonary related problems. Al the fact shows that those problems are related with obesity. It is also important to know that children who are obese tend to bring their weight problems in the adult hood. So the chance is if obese children don’t develop medical condition they will more likely to have serious medical condition in adulthood.
Now we start to think how to prevent the childhood obesity and stop the dangerous tendency? What we have to do first is encourage our children to walk, try tu use your car as less as possible. Encourage any physical activities like playing different types of sport. If your children play basket ball 45 minute a day, this will be wonderful. Children usually just need little encouragement to make them going. Children obesity is serious problem don’t take it lightly. This problem will not go away unless we do something to our kids healthy life style enough exercise and consuming the right foods is the main ingredient to life longer.
